Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for a pet health organization.

• Collaborate with prospective customers to convert leads into loyal advocates of the brand.

• Evaluate protocols and offer guidance to assist pet owners in utilizing products effectively.

• Engage closely with leadership and utilize training materials to enhance sales skills and embody Tribe's values.

• Adhere to a compliant and ethical sales methodology.

• Comply with regulatory standards while steering clear of overpromising or making unfounded product claims.

• Conduct regular phone and video conferencing.

• Operate remotely from home within a global remote work environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter with a drive for growth and a commitment to sales excellence.

• Understanding, experience, or passion for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to forge authentic connections.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours a day), starting at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Proficiency in running the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.

• Latency should be around 150ms, jitter under 30ms, and packet loss under 1%.

• Capability for frequent phone and video calls with clear and uninterrupted communication.
