Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Promote products and services for the company's pet-health client.

• Engage with potential customers to convert prospects into loyal brand advocates.

• Collaborate with dedicated leaders and utilize training resources to enhance selling skills and embody Tribe's values.

• Function within a commission-based sales framework.

• Conduct regular phone and video calls.

• Adhere to regulatory standards and sell ethically, avoiding overpromising or making unsupported claims.

• Represent reputable, strictly regulated health and wellness brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by growth opportunities and a commitment to sales excellence.

• Knowledge, experience, or passion related to health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding ability to connect and build authentic relationships.

• Capacity to work 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, beginning at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a working microphone, camera, and headset.

• Ability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency of approximately 150ms or less.

• Jitter of approximately 30ms or less.

• Packet loss of approximately 1% or less.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.
