Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for a client in the pet health sector.

• Engage with prospective customers to transform them into loyal brand advocates.

• Assist pet owners in effectively utilizing the offered products.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and leverage training resources to excel in sales and embody Tribe's values.

• Function within a compliant and ethical sales framework.

• Adhere to regulatory standards while avoiding overpromising or making unsupported product claims.

• Conduct regular phone and video communications using the company’s calling system, Salesforce, and Zoom.

• Strong knowledge, background, or a genuine passion for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding ability to connect and build relationships with others.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, starting at 8 AM CST.

• Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functional microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to operate the calling system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency ideally under 150ms, jitter under 30ms, and packet loss under 1%.
