Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell pet health products and services for the company's pet-health client.

• Engage with potential customers to transform prospects into loyal brand advocates.

• Perform protocol reviews and offer guidance to assist pet owners in effectively utilizing products.

• Collaborate with leadership and training materials to excel in sales and embody Tribe's principles.

• Adhere to regulatory standards and sell ethically, avoiding overpromising or making unverified claims.

• Represent reputable, strictly regulated health and wellness brands.

• Organize and manage scheduled sales appointments while successfully closing sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter with a focus on sales growth and excellence.

• Knowledge, experience, or enthusiasm for health and wellness.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.

• Capacity to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours each day, beginning at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Proficiency in running the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency should be approximately 150ms or lower.

• Jitter should be approximately 30ms or below.

• Packet loss should be under approximately 1%.

• Capability for frequent phone and video calls.
