Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for a pet health company.

• Engage with potential customers to convert leads into loyal brand advocates.

• Collaborate with team leaders and utilize training materials to excel in sales and embody Tribe's values.

• Operate within a commission-based sales framework.

• Adhere to sales ethics and regulatory standards.

• Avoid making exaggerated claims about product capabilities or unverified assertions.

• Represent premium, strictly regulated pet health brands.

• Conduct regular phone and video consultations with customers.

• Work remotely from home in a global setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Self-motivated individual driven by growth potential and excellence in sales.

• Knowledge, experience, or a passion for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to establish authentic relationships.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), starting at 8 AM CST.

• Must have reliable internet access and appropriate equipment.

• A fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.

• An Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload dedicated bandwidth.

• Latency should be approximately 150ms or lower, jitter around 30ms or less, and packet loss under 1%.

• Must be able to work remotely from Amman.
