Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for a pet health organization catering to pet owners.

• Engage with prospective customers and transform them into loyal advocates for the brand.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and utilize training materials to excel in sales while embodying Tribe's values.

• Conduct regular phone and video calls using the designated sales toolkit.

• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain ethical selling practices without making exaggerated claims or promises.

• Represent reputable, compliant health and wellness brands.

• Operate remotely from home within a global context.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by opportunities for growth and sales excellence.

• Knowledge, experience, or a passion for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to forge authentic connections.

• Capability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), beginning at 8 AM CST.

• Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Ability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.

• Latency should be under approximately 150ms.

• Jitter should be under approximately 30ms.

• Packet loss should be under approximately 1%.
