Product Consultant – Healthcare Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers on the implementation and enhancement of contribution margin accounting and payer accounting models.

• Establish process cost accounting and benchmarking frameworks.

• Perform portfolio analyses, planning, and simulations utilizing the LOGEX software suite.

• Create and implement data architectures for processing extensive business data and real-time information.

• Generate impactful KPIs, reports, and dashboards for medical department leaders, hospital management, and executive teams.

• Counsel hospitals on optimizing processes, managing portfolios, and effectively utilizing financial and operational resources.

• Evaluate complex datasets and formulate actionable insights.

• Communicate project outcomes and strategic suggestions to executives, medical department leaders, and decision-making committees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree focusing on business administration and/or IT, such as healthcare or hospital management, or business administration.

• Relevant experience or initial professional exposure in hospitals or hospital controlling is beneficial.

• Practical understanding of payer accounting or InEK costing is preferable.

• Familiarity with, or initial practical experience in, data warehousing and business intelligence is advantageous.

• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or Qlik Sense is a plus.

• Organized and self-motivated approach to work.

• Excellent German language skills and good command of English.

• Passion for continuously learning new technologies and subjects with appropriate support.

• Strong affinity for IT is desirable.
