Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kuwait.

📋 Description

• Promote FreeStyle Libre and associated diabetes management solutions to targeted healthcare professionals throughout Kuwait.

• Implement sales and promotional initiatives that align with the company’s sales and marketing strategies.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with key healthcare accounts and stakeholders.

• Identify and seek out new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.

• Deliver scientific presentations, educational meetings, and group sessions.

• Meet assigned sales targets and ensure prompt reporting of business activities.

• Track market trends, competitive actions, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Abbott Diabetes Care products, services, and clinical data.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.

• Represent Abbott in a professional manner and collaborate within a diverse, cross-functional team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.

• At least 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sectors.

• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.

• Capability to work independently, manage territory activities, and foster strong customer partnerships.

• Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures.
