Product Quality Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement both manual and automated test cases for web applications, Web APIs, and batch applications.

• Formulate test cases that align with business requirements across varying levels of complexity.

• Meticulously document any defects identified during testing.

• Work collaboratively with software engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

• Input detailed test cases into the test case management system.

• Record test outcomes within the test case management system.

• Oversee defect tracking systems and manage bug resolution processes.

• Utilize quality assurance methodologies and adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Pose insightful questions and foresee potential impacts of solutions.

• Suggest innovative solutions to enhance business operations and boost client satisfaction.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to all company policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 4 years experience in manual or automated testing.

• Demonstrated capability to identify software vulnerabilities and challenge software engineers.

• Previous experience in user interface development, billing/payroll modules, or handling import/export data files is advantageous.

• Highly driven, innovative, and self-motivated individual eager to stay informed about current industry trends.

• Familiarity with Gherkin test format.

• Commitment to comply with company policies, standards, security practices, procedures, and controls.
