Product Owner – MotorTech AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and prioritize the product backlog for AIME Campaign, AIME Co-Pilot, and OEM products.

• Craft user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and various Agile ceremonies.

• Keep the product roadmap current and updated.

• Make daily prioritization decisions aligned with the Senior Product Manager’s strategic vision.

• Collect and interpret requirements from Customer Success, Commercial, and Delivery teams.

• Assist the Senior Product Manager with initiatives related to OEM products.

• Monitor and report on delivery metrics, progress, and potential risks.

• Provide stakeholders with updates regarding the roadmap, priorities, and delivery timelines.

• Oversee product releases, launch readiness, release notes, and internal communications.

• Serve as the link between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.

• Report directly to the Senior Product Manager.

• Contribute to the delivery of digital transformation technology that connects car dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers, and car buyers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated experience in managing product backlogs and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver product enhancements and features.

• Strong capability in writing clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.

• Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills, balancing customer, business, and technical demands.

• Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities and experience in building relationships across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial teams.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience with AI, conversational AI, or chatbot products is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM, DMS, or automotive technology is advantageous.

• No specific academic qualifications are required; selection will be based on experience and potential.
