Product Owner – Mid-Level/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the advancement of products and significant business initiatives.

• Establish, prioritize, and oversee the product backlog.

• Synchronize business requirements with customer experiences.

• Craft user stories and define acceptance criteria.

• Monitor the development lifecycle.

• Manage and enhance marketplace platforms, including seller onboarding, catalogs, orders, payments, and partner integrations.

• Utilize product metrics, data analysis, and performance indicators to inform decision-making.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Technology, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles related to digital products.

• Demonstrated experience with digital channels, including e-commerce, applications, portals, marketplaces, and omnichannel experiences.

• Experience in managing and evolving marketplace platforms, such as seller onboarding, catalogs, orders, payments, and partner integrations.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or equivalent).

• Capability to define, prioritize, and manage product backlogs while aligning business needs with customer experiences.

• Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria, along with tracking the development lifecycle.

• Understanding of product metrics, data analysis, and performance indicators for informed decision-making.

• Proficient in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technology, UX, Marketing, Operations, and Business.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Preferred certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies.
