Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and prioritize the product backlog, manage roadmap delivery, and oversee implementation activities.

• Facilitate client-facing discussions, manage expectations effectively, and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, account management, vendors, and diverse cross-functional stakeholders.

• Assist with urgent production issues, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns that impact clients.

• Guide the planning and execution of API integrations for both new and existing clients.

• Convert business and client requirements into user stories, specifications, and actionable priorities.

• Shape prioritization decisions based on business value, contractual obligations, and customer impact.

• Promote the adoption of approved AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery efficiency and decision-making.

• Provide Dynamic Fulfillment solutions for leading retail companies.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Delivery teams to steer product strategy and execute the roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Agile Product Ownership, Implementation Management, Service Delivery, or similar roles.

• Excellent skills in managing client stakeholders and effective communication.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrix organization.

• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and implementation strategy.

• Capability to prioritize competing demands and work efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a mindset focused on accountability.

• Agile, Product Owner, or Product Management certifications are advantageous.

• Background in logistics, fulfillment, retail technology, insurance technology, or digital platforms is beneficial.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or similar backlog management tools is a plus.

• Prior experience supporting client implementations and managing escalations is helpful.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to enhance product delivery processes is a plus.

• Expected to collaborate during Eastern Time business hours.
