This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Oversee the strategic direction, market growth, and commercial success of designated products and solutions.
β’ Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for both new and existing offerings.
β’ Take charge of the go-to-market strategy for product introductions, encompassing segmentation, positioning, and demand generation.
β’ Create compelling value propositions, competitive advantages, and messaging aimed at customers.
β’ Define and implement demand generation initiatives targeting new regions and customer segments.
β’ Plan and execute comprehensive campaigns in collaboration with division-level Marketing Demand Management teams.
β’ Collaborate with sales and channel teams to facilitate enablement and the execution of go-to-market plans.
β’ Monitor post-launch performance metrics, adoption rates, win/loss statistics, and customer feedback.
β’ Leverage customer, competitive, and market insights to refine product positioning and uncover growth opportunities.
β’ Propel marketing-influenced revenue, pipeline growth, customer acquisition and retention, campaign ROI, and the effectiveness of sales enablement.
β’ Engage in cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in product marketing, commercial roles, business development, or similar positions.
β’ Background in the BioTech/Pharma, Industrial, Academic/Government, or Healthcare industries.
β’ Proven experience in developing and launching new products within a global matrix organization.
β’ Familiarity with working alongside channels, key customers, and commercial teams.
β’ Experience in forecasting, budgeting, business situation analysis, and pricing strategy.
β’ Demonstrated ability to effectively engage with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
β’ Track record of successfully communicating complex technical information across all levels of an organization.
β’ Comfortable with taking ownership of ambitious targets and objectives.
β’ Fully remote work arrangement.
β’ Standard office hours (40 hours per week).
β’ 25β50% travel, including both domestic and international travel.
