This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement product marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive adoption, and facilitate growth.
• Create unique product messaging and positioning that is rooted in customer outcomes and market demands.
• Generate and sustain content such as presentations, web copy, demos, videos, and marketing collateral.
• Contribute to Schoox’s SEO and AEO strategies by producing L&D-focused blog and website content.
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to produce content and align campaigns with product messaging.
• Build and maintain sales enablement resources including one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, customer success stories, solution briefs, and training materials.
• Develop comprehensive interactive demo experiences like Storylane.
• Assist in coordinating product launches and ensuring cross-functional readiness.
• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams to gather insights from the field and refine messaging, positioning, and enablement resources.
• Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze customer data, win/loss insights, and market trends to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve research, content creation, enablement efficiency, and overall marketing impact.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
• Direct experience in workforce learning, LMS, talent development, HCM, or related HR Tech is essential.
• Expected to be familiar with L&D buyer requirements, industry terminology, and the competitive landscape from day one.
• Proven history of successfully launching and managing product marketing campaigns.
• Ability to convert complex platform capabilities into compelling value propositions for HR, L&D, and operational buyers.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities; comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for both executive and operational audiences.
• Demonstrated experience using AI/LLM platforms for research, competitive analysis, content development, or workflow efficiencies.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and working effectively in a remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
