This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for Picarro's Industrial Solutions portfolio.
β’ Develop and oversee messaging and positioning for Industrial Solutions products.
β’ Convert intricate measurement science and regulatory contexts into value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
β’ Coordinate product launches in collaboration with product, sales, marketing, and field teams to achieve measurable pipeline results.
β’ Create and sustain sales collateral, battle cards, competitive intelligence, and technical training materials.
β’ Collaborate with sales to identify and address gaps impacting deal outcomes.
β’ Manage buyer persona development, win/loss analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives.
β’ Keep track of the competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and emerging market trends.
β’ Produce white papers, case studies, webinars, and conference presentations.
β’ Assist in demand generation campaigns with targeted messaging for specific segments.
β’ Represent Picarro at user conferences, industry events, and technical committees.
β’ Collaborate with product management to provide market feedback and set roadmap priorities.
β’ Partner with field sales and applications teams to focus on key accounts and strategic opportunities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related discipline.
β’ 4β7 years of product marketing experience, preferably in industrial technology, environmental solutions, scientific instrumentation, or a similar B2B market.
β’ Demonstrated ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for technical products.
β’ Experience in managing and executing product launches from start to finish.
β’ Strong sales enablement capabilities with a proven track record of creating materials that lead to tangible sales impact.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at writing for both technical and executive audiences.
β’ Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 20% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
