This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain accurate technical product and solution documentation, which includes data sheets, solution briefs, presentations, FAQs, white papers, and additional materials.
• Partner with strategic technology collaborators and internal teams to create unified messaging, solution content, presentations, sales tools, and partner go-to-market resources.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Transform market and competitive insights into competitive briefs, battlecards, messaging recommendations, and support materials for the field.
• Create and manage sales presentations, playbooks, talk tracks, competitive tools, and instructional materials.
• Assist in the development, refinement, and application of product messaging and positioning.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and subject-matter experts to convert complex technology and architecture into clear narratives.
• Work alongside Marketing on messaging, content, and sales resources for campaigns, events, product initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions marketing, or a related field within enterprise technology.
• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, data storage, file systems, or related technologies.
• Eagerness and ability to swiftly grasp Hammerspace’s architecture, capabilities, and use cases.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, data-intensive workflows, and hybrid or multi-cloud environments, or the ability to quickly develop a strong understanding.
• Capability to convey complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for both technical and business audiences across various formats.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Competence to independently oversee multiple simultaneous tasks, coordinate reviews, meet deadlines, and adjust to evolving priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
