This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report directly to the Head of Product.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering from initial roadmap discussions to general availability.
• Create positioning for EHR workflows, prescriber tools, pharmacy fulfillment, marketplace, and API functionalities.
• Manage release messaging, including naming, one-liners, in-app announcements, release notes, and business-value narratives.
• Develop and sustain Bask’s positioning and messaging framework tailored for entrepreneurs and healthtech companies.
• Produce battlecards, competitive analyses, ROI and pricing narratives, and objection-handling resources.
• Monitor DTC telehealth and healthtech SaaS competitors and convert insights into sales guidance.
• Educate Customer Success and future sales team members on product launches and messaging.
• Author and disseminate website content, case studies, and campaign materials.
• Establish a consistent content strategy encompassing SEO, case studies, and launch pages.
• Transform customer successes into public endorsements, including founder launches and technical API integrations.
• 4+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, managing at least one complete launch cycle from start to finish.
• Background in B2B SaaS product marketing is essential. Experience in healthtech and telehealth is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to independently translate technical product features into customer-facing messaging.
• Proficient and rapid writing skills for sales enablement materials, web copy, and launch narratives.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Comfortable taking ownership of a new function and developing processes.
• Bonus: experience in marketing a platform, API, or infrastructure product to technical or enterprise customers alongside a turnkey SaaS solution for non-technical users.
