This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of commercialization, marketing strategies, and the adoption process for products focused on pricing, profitability, and transaction enablement.
• Collaborate with Product, Pricing, Sales, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Examine customer behavior, usage trends, and business performance to pinpoint barriers to adoption and uncover value opportunities.
• Set up success metrics, track performance, and suggest actions to enhance business outcomes.
• Create distinct value propositions, positioning, and effective messaging.
• Simplify complex financial, operational, and technical concepts into clear benefits for customers.
• Develop narratives for customers and guarantee consistent messaging across marketing, sales, training, and customer communications.
• Oversee the complete go-to-market planning for products, enhancements, pilots, and strategic initiatives.
• Formulate launch plans, adoption strategies, enablement materials, and customer communication programs.
• Assist sales and customer-facing teams with training, messaging, and tools for value selling.
• Conduct research on customers and competitive analysis.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations for Product and business leadership.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for product adoption, customer engagement, revenue growth, and the effectiveness of launches.
• Utilize data-driven experimentation and testing to refine commercialization strategies.
• Generate reports and insights to inform ongoing business decisions.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Pricing Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a similar discipline.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective go-to-market strategies for complex products or services.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Analytics, and Operations teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and convey findings into business recommendations.
• Required degrees must be obtained from institutions of higher education accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or its equivalent.
• Must not require current or future sponsorship to work legally for Credit Acceptance, including H-1B/H-4 or F-1 OPT visa holders.
• Extensive expertise in product marketing, covering areas such as positioning, messaging, customer segmentation, and go-to-market planning.
• Strong business and financial insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with customer research, market analysis, and competitor analysis is advantageous.
• Preferred experience in marketing financial services, fintech, SaaS, B2B technology, automotive, lending, insurance, or other intricate products.
