This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design and implement marketing strategies and commercialization plans for designated Community Pharmacy Solutions products and offerings.
• Establish solution positioning, value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and manage sales tools, presentations, marketing materials, customer communications, and enablement resources.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Sales, Commercialization, Solution Development, and Customer Success teams.
• Engage directly with pharmacies, customers, and buying groups to foster adoption and usage.
• Participate in customer meetings, buying group interactions, voice-of-customer initiatives, and customer advisory councils.
• Collect customer and market feedback and relay insights to product and commercialization leadership.
• Assist with product launches, releases, campaigns, webinars, educational initiatives, and customer-facing events.
• Define and monitor commercialization, marketing, and adoption metrics, providing suggestions for enhancement.
• Create customer success stories, case studies, testimonials, and best-practice content.
• Report to the Sr. Director - Commercialization.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related discipline is required.
• At least five (5) years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, marketing, sales enablement, business development, product management, solution development, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in supporting product launches, commercialization efforts, go-to-market strategies, or customer adoption programs.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or technology-enabled services is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of product marketing and commercialization.
• Ability to craft compelling value propositions and customer-facing messaging.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Capacity to work effectively within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
