Product Manager, Trust, Risk & Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance product functionalities that bolster account security, lifecycle management, and customer trust.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide secure, user-friendly customer experiences while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Oversee and improve third-party risk management platforms that facilitate account, trading, and growth-related risk assessments.

• Work alongside Risk and Engineering teams on platform setup, risk protocols, vendor integrations, testing, and operational processes.

• Create and refine shared platform features, third-party integrations, and internal tools that support customer and asset reporting as well as other business or regulatory obligations.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Experience, and Risk Operations to automate manual tasks, optimize case management and investigations, enhance operational controls, and boost efficiency.

• Convert intricate business and regulatory standards into scalable product solutions.

• Balance customer experience with risk management and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Preferred experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial services, payments, or other regulated tech sectors.

• Background in fraud prevention or risk management products, including risk platforms, protocols, and operational workflows.

• Experience with account management, risk, and compliance standards in financial services or digital asset platforms.

• Proficiency in developing platform products, internal operational tools, or automation solutions.

• Familiarity with third-party platforms and vendor management.

• Strong technical skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to translate business needs into clear product specifications and data-driven enhancements.

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.

• Proven ability to independently lead product initiatives and manage competing priorities.

• Experience with SQL, analytics tools, or risk management platforms is advantageous.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
