📋 Description

• Regularly engage with both internal and external customers to gain insights into their use cases, businesses, and competitive environments.

• Develop and sustain KPI reporting and analytics to track product adoption, customer engagement, operational performance, and strategic objectives.

• Facilitate feedback mechanisms to quantify and communicate the impact of platform initiatives.

• Assist sales, internal stakeholders, and customers in comprehending the capabilities, value, and future direction of the Property Intelligence platform.

• Collect data from various internal and external sources to inform commercially viable product and organizational decisions.

• Create and uphold agentic workflows that support the broader product management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong comprehension of agile product development and iterative delivery methodologies.

• Proven experience in gathering customer feedback and converting customer requests into actionable requirements and product insights.

• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with product metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in creating or maintaining dashboards, KPI reporting, or product analytics is preferred.

• Capability to understand technical concepts including APIs, SaaS applications, system integrations, and data architectures.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguous situations effectively.

• Experience in insurance, property technology, claims, risk intelligence, AI, or agentic workflows is a plus.
