Product Manager – Procure-to-Pay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and execution within the Procure-to-Pay domain, which includes procurement, vendor management, accounts payable automation, invoice capture, approvals, and payments.

• Report directly to the Director of Product while overseeing the complete product lifecycle from discovery to launch and monitoring live feature performance.

• Convert accounts payable and procurement workflows into user-friendly software solutions built on Oracle NetSuite.

• Establish the P2P product vision and strategy informed by market analysis and customer insights.

• Set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical debt accordingly.

• Lead Engineering and Design teams throughout the Agile development process.

• Facilitate the integration of Agentic AI for invoice coding, matching, exception handling, and approval routing.

• Create guardrails, confidence thresholds, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints to enhance functionality.

• Prototype with AI and transform successful concepts into actionable requirements, user stories, and AI quality assessments.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies and enablement initiatives.

• Ensure that product logic adheres to global financial and tax compliance standards.

• Track performance and iterate based on data analysis and customer feedback.

• Safeguard user experience while maintaining the intuitiveness of complex workflows within NetSuite.

• Manage the backlog, align stakeholders, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and conduct internal training.

• Utilize AI tools to synthesize customer feedback from Support and Sales teams.

• Assess third-party integrations and assist in reducing technical debt.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be AI-native, regularly building with AI and having successfully deployed AI/agentic features into production.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within Fintech, ERP, or B2B SaaS, specifically with direct responsibility for P2P, accounts payable, or procurement.

• Practical finance experience, either as a practitioner or as a close collaborator with AP, procurement, or controllership teams.

• A proven history of guiding roadmaps from the discovery phase to successful launch.

• Experience managing a live, large-scale product while juggling new development, defects, escalations, and technical debt.

• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Productboard.

• Demonstrated success working with fully remote, asynchronous, globally distributed teams.

• Exceptional communication abilities with the skill to simplify compliance logic into user-friendly software.

• Preferred: Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite or a similar native ERP platform.

• Preferred: Knowledge of P2P/spend management tools like Coupa, Ariba, Bill.com, Tipalti, AvidXchange, and Ramp, as well as OCR/document capture technologies.

• Preferred: Understanding of multi-jurisdictional VAT/GST/Sales Tax regulations.

• Preferred: Certifications in finance, accounting, or procurement such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPIM.

• Preferred: Experience in scaling products within high-growth Series C–D environments.
