Product Manager, Parcel Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and implement the product vision for Parcel Management solutions.

• Align the product strategy with the company's goals and market opportunities.

• Convert customer feedback, market trends, data standards, and competitive insights into a comprehensive product roadmap.

• Act as a subject matter expert in parcel data management, property assessment and taxation workflows, GIS integration, and public property information access.

• Collaborate with the Engineering team on user stories, features, and technical priorities.

• Oversee product backlogs and facilitate Agile execution.

• Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to enhance product adoption and ensure positive customer outcomes.

• Create data-informed business cases for product features and enhancements.

• Assist Sales and Marketing with product demonstrations, competitive positioning, launch strategies, and customer education initiatives.

• Leverage AI, analytics, and customer insights to enhance prioritization, product discovery, data quality, and overall user experience.

• Build strong customer relationships while understanding workflows, operational challenges, statutory requirements, and integration needs.

• Monitor product performance, industry trends, legislative changes, data standards, and competitive landscape.

• Represent Schneider Geospatial at customer meetings, conferences, user groups, and various industry events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably within SaaS, GovTech, workflow automation, or business process software domains.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in parcel management, property assessment or taxation, cadastral GIS, land records, public records access, or related local government technologies.

• Ability to transform customer and data workflow requirements into product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.

• Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud platforms, with Azure as a preferred option.

• Understanding of Angular, React, and principles of user experience design.

• Experience utilizing customer, product, and data quality metrics to inform product decisions.

• Proven track record of working with Agile teams and tools, such as Jira.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, GIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
