Product Manager, Managed Services – Cloud & Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Further enhance and oversee the lifecycle of the Cloud & Infrastructure service portfolio.

• Assess new service concepts based on customer value, market potential, delivery capability, and commercial feasibility.

• Develop, price, and refine market-ready managed services.

• Create service descriptions and materials to support sales enablement.

• Assist Sales and Marketing teams with service positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer proposals.

• Collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, vendors, and other stakeholders to guarantee successful service execution.

• Analyze market dynamics, technology, and competitive trends to pinpoint new opportunities and further enhance the portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and managing managed services or IT services, preferably in Product, Solution, or Service Management.

• Capability to convert technical requirements into customer-focused, commercially viable, and sales-ready service offerings.

• Experience in service costing, with a strong grasp of pricing and commercial feasibility.

• Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure and technologies related to Cloud, Data Center, and Infrastructure.

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to effectively drive cross-functional topics in an interdisciplinary setting.
