Product Manager – Managed Services, Cloud & Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the continuous development and lifecycle management of the Cloud & Infrastructure service portfolio.

• Assess new service concepts based on customer value, market potential, delivery feasibility, and commercial viability.

• Create, price, and refine market-ready Managed Services, including service descriptions and sales enablement resources.

• Assist Sales and Marketing with service positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and the creation of customer proposals.

• Collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful service delivery.

• Examine market, technology, and competitive trends to uncover new opportunities and enhance the portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and managing Managed Services or IT services, preferably in Product, Solution, or Service Management.

• Capability to translate technical requirements into customer-centric, commercially viable, and sales-ready service offerings.

• Experience with service costing and a strong grasp of pricing and commercial viability.

• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructures and technologies in the domains of Cloud, Data Center, and Infrastructure.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively drive cross-functional topics in an interdisciplinary setting.
