Product Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Define, create, and implement innovative solutions that cater to evolving customer requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to carry out product strategies effectively.

• Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and oversee the product lifecycle.

• Assist in formulating and executing product strategies and roadmaps.

• Perform market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint customer needs and market trends.

• Work alongside engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.

• Collect and prioritize product and customer requirements.

• Generate detailed user stories and product specifications to steer development.

• Aid in product documentation, which includes user stories, product specifications, and release notes.

• Track product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

• Support the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and post-launch activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within enterprise SaaS.

• A minimum of 15 years of formal education.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to create Product Briefs and develop prototypes.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong outcome orientation, with a proven track record of defining success metrics and measuring product impact.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• MBA from a reputable institution (preferred).

• Experience in launching zero-to-one products (preferred).

• Familiarity with the Escrow, Title Insurance, or Mortgage industry, including processes and challenges (preferred).
