Product Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and cohort data to identify friction points and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities.

• Formulate hypotheses, design experiments, assess results, and iterate rapidly.

• Enhance expert onboarding, activation, engagement, first-dollar earnings, and repeat participation.

• Create growth loops for acquisition, referral, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prototype, develop, launch, and refine product solutions.

• Establish success metrics, create dashboards, monitor performance, and enhance growth strategies.

• Work alongside Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations teams.

• Align growth initiatives with the company's broader objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of relevant professional experience in product management, growth, analytics, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong creative and quantitative instincts.

• A scientific mindset; comfortable formulating and testing hypotheses.

• Excellent analytical skills related to funnels, conversion rates, cohorts, and product analytics tools.

• Capability to independently investigate issues using data.

• A proactive approach and resourcefulness.

• Strong product judgment.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with growth, activation, engagement, or retention in a consumer product, marketplace, or product-led software company is an advantage.

• Familiarity with experimentation platforms, SQL, PostHog, Metabase, or similar analytical tools is preferred.

• Experience in building products, prototypes, or side projects utilizing AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

• Entrepreneurial experience is an asset.
