Product Manager, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Acquire a foundational understanding of product management and funnel performance.

• Execute structured product walkthroughs to analyze user journeys and detect friction points.

• Gather user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research, transforming it into actionable insights.

• Facilitate bug triage and resolution in collaboration with the engineering team.

• Oversee the complete delivery process of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-related features.

• Participate in A/B testing and experiment design efforts.

• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to deliver clear and reliable user experiences.

• Convert vague customer challenges into hypotheses and detailed requirements.

• Report directly to the VP of Growth.

• Ensure 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for effective engineering coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably with consumer-facing products.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to independently extract, organize, and interpret data.

• Proven track record of addressing ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to distill complex signals into straightforward recommendations.

• Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours.

• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
