Product Manager, Financial Data – Screening & Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement short- and mid-term strategies for enhancing financial data visibility through search, screening, and agentic capabilities.

• Gain insights into client personas and their methods of searching, screening, and querying financial information.

• Evaluate shortcomings in searchability, screening logic, and content organization.

• Prioritize enhancements to data tagging, indexing, and ranking procedures.

• Draft and prioritize Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on customer insights and client feedback.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market (GTM) teams for successful product launches and user adoption.

• Work alongside data platform and AI/ML teams to structure and present financial content effectively.

• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from ideation and user stories to launch and post-launch iterations.

• Establish quality assurance strategies to ensure search accuracy, screening precision, and reliable agentic retrieval.

• Guarantee effective data delivery, indexing performance, and reliability for search, screening, and agentic applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in developing SaaS products in collaboration with engineering and scrum teams.

• Background in financial data products is essential.

• Proven ability to create PRDs, roadmaps, and detailed requirements.

• Capability to manage a complex product backlog and oversee feature delivery from start to finish.

• Experience in owning roadmaps and ensuring delivery in SaaS settings.

• Familiarity with AI-driven search or workflow technologies is advantageous.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is required.
