Product Manager – Endpoint Management, Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in defining and refining the vision for NinjaOne’s endpoint management and security functionalities.

• Take ownership of and contribute to critical components of the endpoint management and security roadmap.

• Lead the product strategy for features aimed at identifying security vulnerabilities, as well as developing solutions to address them.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders to transition new capabilities from concept to execution.

• Interact with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to gain insights into the practical use of endpoint management and security features.

• Draft detailed product requirements, outline workflows and edge cases, and guarantee that features are delivered to exceptional standards.

• Ensure that functionalities integrate seamlessly across NinjaOne and empower other product areas to leverage them effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT/security or technical roles, such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, within an MSP, or in an internal IT/security team.

• At least 2 years of robust Product Management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or IT management products.

• A solid foundation in operating systems or system administration, including Windows, macOS, or Linux administration.

• Experience in endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting.

• Background in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused roles.

• A comprehensive understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world settings.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and grasping technical concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to guide product features from conception to delivery, with iterations based on customer feedback.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Data-informed decision-making skills.
