Product Manager, Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers as well as Sales and Customer Success teams to comprehend customer choices and convert their needs into precise requirements.

• Collaborate with Data & Analytics leadership to prioritize data projects and identify customer-facing features.

• Work alongside Engineering from the planning phase through to release to provide data capabilities.

• Identify applications of AI and machine learning for predicting renter demand, enhancing marketing efficacy, and addressing customer inquiries.

• Define, build, and validate AI and machine learning functionalities in partnership with Data & Analytics and Engineering.

• Ensure that customer-facing insights are accurate, comprehensible, actionable, and well-visualized.

• Establish and measure success metrics for each capability.

• Utilize experimentation to assess product performance.

• Integrate data insights into the wider product development process.

• Employ AI tools to analyze customer feedback, investigate data, create specifications, and develop prototypes.

• Share effective AI methodologies with the team.

• Report directly to the VP of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, or a combination of both, ideally within B2B or data product environments.

• Proficiency in SQL to extract your own insights and verify others’ findings.

• Familiarity with data models, metric definitions, and experimental methodologies.

• Ability to interpret customer needs into analytical questions and product functionalities.

• Comfortable interacting directly with customers.

• Possess a strong analytical mindset with a clear perspective.

• Inquisitive and hands-on with AI tools, understanding where AI can genuinely enhance product value.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

• Bonus points for experience in proptech, real estate, or marketplace sectors.
