This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle for Core HR.
• Manage employee profiles and records effectively.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle time off and leave management.
• Manage employee lifecycle events, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Supervise Core HR dashboards and reporting.
• Ensure compliance workflows related to employee data across various jurisdictions are maintained.
• Lead discovery initiatives, market research, competitive analysis, and roadmap planning.
• Transform strategies into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Maintain product documentation, including business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and projected ROI.
• Align product releases with customer needs and corporate objectives, with a focus on data integrity and cross-border compliance.
• Translate stakeholder and customer feedback into prioritization decisions.
• Bridge the gap between engineering and the broader business by aligning features with market demands.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, marketing, and sales teams to plan, build, and launch products.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Develop testing strategies with QA to ensure release quality, particularly for data migrations and lifecycle events.
• Keep abreast of HR tech trends, customer challenges, and the competitive landscape.
• Maintain documentation for project plans, timelines, requirements, and progress status.
• Regularly communicate updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Create external-facing Core HR content for customers.
• Report directly to the Head of Product.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field within a technology or SaaS company.
• Proven history of owning the product lifecycle and delivering impactful B2B solutions, preferably involving employee data, HRIS, or systems-of-record.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; adept at working fluidly with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Ability to distill complex business needs, particularly those influenced by multi-country compliance, into clear technical requirements.
• Practical experience in Agile environments, including active participation in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• A customer-centric approach balanced with strategic insight and tactical execution.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in ambiguous and fast-paced situations.
• Experience with HCM, HRIS, or core HR platforms is highly preferred.
