This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and uphold product roadmaps for CMS functionalities, partner offerings, and platform features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization to discover opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and continuously enhance the platform.
• Guide product delivery from the discovery phase to launch and ongoing iterations, ensuring that products provide measurable value.
• Convert business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering teams.
• Manage a prioritized backlog and coordinate with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
• Provide scalable CMS functionalities, reusable components, and platform features that empower teams across the organization.
• Partner with Engineering to design solutions that are reusable, maintainable, and scalable.
• Work alongside internal teams and third-party partners to deliver partner offerings and enhance platform capabilities.
• Leverage user feedback, operational insights, and business priorities to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Utilize AI, automation, and reusable platform capabilities to streamline workflows, minimize duplication, and speed up delivery.
• Assess the impact of new capabilities and apply insights to future product decisions.
• Cultivate relationships across Publishing, Engineering, Commercial, and Product teams.
• Serve as the primary communication point for the product area, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on priorities, progress, and decisions.
• A minimum of 3 years in product management, demonstrating a successful history of delivering impactful platform products, internal tools, or business capabilities.
• Proficient in navigating the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery and iteration.
• Familiarity with CMS, publishing tools, content platforms, or partner-facing products is advantageous.
• Experience in delivering cross-functional product initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and business teams to achieve collective goals.
• Comfortable working closely with Engineering and translating business needs into precise product specifications.
• Proficient in utilizing AI to enhance product development, expedite delivery, and address complex challenges.
• Data-driven, possessing strong product judgment and the capability to make practical trade-offs that yield maximum value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of fostering alignment between technical and non-technical teams.
