This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Product to implement the product line roadmap.
• Take charge of daily product operations, encompassing discovery, story creation, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, and validation.
• Contribute to integration efforts between Business Operations and the wider Routeware platform.
• Work alongside PMs on related product lines to achieve a cohesive portfolio.
• Engage with a geographically distributed engineering team, including offshore developers.
• Draft clear specifications and facilitate sprint ceremonies in an asynchronous-friendly manner.
• Identify, define, and deliver AI-enhanced capabilities in the resident experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Support on go-to-market strategies, release readiness, enablement, customer communication, and adoption tracking.
• Address escalations and integrate customer insights into the product roadmap.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as adoption, engagement, and educational effectiveness.
• Experience in delivering B2B products.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within SaaS, demonstrating increasing scope and responsibility.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including backlog management, story writing, sprint planning, and prioritization frameworks.
• Proven experience with distributed or offshore engineering teams, or possess strong written clarity and asynchronous working habits.
• Solid analytical skills; adept at product analytics, experimentation, and metrics-driven prioritization.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM-powered product capabilities and the ability to assess their appropriate application.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and a product analytics tool such as Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Required experience in delivering B2B products and designing engagement and retention strategies for non-expert end users.
