This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a recognized expert in process improvement methodologies.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance, customer results, quality, and efficiency.
• Assess organizational processes, performance metrics, operational data, and business challenges.
• Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to tackle complex business issues.
• Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and root cause analyses.
• Design and implement process solutions that balance operational, technical, regulatory, and business needs.
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance models, performance frameworks, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Analyze interdependencies among functions, systems, processes, and organizational structures.
• Establish and track key performance indicators, operational metrics, and measurement frameworks.
• Offer data-driven recommendations, support for business cases, and insights tailored for executive audiences.
• Drive the adoption and evolution of continuous improvement practices across various business units.
• Guide project teams and stakeholders in effective process improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to the establishment of organizational standards, methodologies, policies, and governance for process excellence.
• Mentor and coach practitioners of process improvement and operational leaders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8 or more years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, continuous improvement, consulting, or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience applying DMAIC methodology to process improvement projects.
• Experience in leading complex, cross-functional improvement initiatives within large operational environments.
• Strong skills in analytics, problem-solving, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in process mapping, customer journey mapping, value stream analysis, root cause analysis, performance measurement, and designing future-state processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, process mapping tools, statistical software, time study applications, and Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Extensive experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and operational excellence practices in complex business scenarios.
• Experience facilitating readiness reviews and transformation workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Capability to align process improvement efforts with strategic business objectives, customer outcomes, and operational performance.
• Outstanding analytical, facilitation, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and navigating uncertain situations in complex business environments.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change without direct authority.
