This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and establish enterprise process architecture, standards, and governance.
• Oversee prioritized end-to-end workflow design and enhancement across various business functions and core systems.
• Direct current-state process analysis to uncover handoff issues, cycle-time delays, rework causes, and capacity limitations.
• Design and implement Target Operating Models, streamlined workflows, and business requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership to ensure operational process designs align with product profitability and client service commitments.
• Re-engineer operational value streams, including diagnostic triage, technician dispatch, schedule density, and back-office transitions.
• Trace workflows upstream into Go-To-Market, Lead-to-Quote, contracting, pricing, and sales-to-onboarding processes.
• Spearhead process baselining and workflow integration for global platform migrations, system integrations, and regional expansions.
• Manage process talent embedded within functional departments.
• Set standards for process mapping, workflow notation, and documentation templates.
• Mentor teams on process engineering and methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Offer recommendations on technical architecture, data, and process design.
• Assess cross-functional handoffs and challenge localized sub-optimization.
• Present metrics on bottlenecks and trade-off recommendations to executive leadership.
• Define business architecture and technical system requirements for enterprise software.
• Convert target-state process designs into platform configuration specifications.
• A minimum of 8–10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise process engineering, value stream mapping, operational excellence, or management consulting.
• A proven history of re-architecting complex cross-functional operations.
• Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, or equivalent formal continuous improvement credential is required.
• Extensive experience in integrating business operational workflows into major enterprise software platforms, such as CRM and Field Service Management tools.
• Experience in clean energy, renewable technology, technical field service, logistics, or complex operational environments is strongly preferred.
• Capability to strategically lead and directly execute detailed process tasks.
• Executive presence to constructively challenge senior leaders and align matrixed teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Systems Engineering, or a technical/quantitative field is required.
• An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
