This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the product roadmap from initial concept to customer delivery.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges, user needs, and expected outcomes.

• Convert insights into product solutions, requirements, user stories, and prototypes.

• Act as Product Owner for designated scrum teams.

• Work closely with engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership to prioritize and make decisions.

• Engage with customers and partners to provide updates on the roadmap and collect feedback.

• Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities and broaden the product offering.

• Implement product management best practices to create dependable solutions.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of end-user workflows, needs, and challenges.

• Communicate consistently throughout the product development process to ensure alignment on priorities, requirements, and outcomes.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.

• Familiarity with working in an Agile environment and collaborating with technical teams to deliver products or capabilities.

• Proven success in translating business and user needs into precise product requirements and user stories.

• Established track record of collaboration with business stakeholders, customers, partners, and technical teams.

• Strong insight into user needs, workflows, challenges, and pain points.

• Agile mindset with a readiness to work iteratively, provide prompt feedback, and adapt as requirements change.

• Sense of ownership and accountability for projects and initiatives from concept to delivery.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.

• Clear and effective communication of product concepts, requirements, priorities, and decisions.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring quality and user needs are met.

• Preferred experience in the real estate industry and/or financial services technology.
