Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers to identify their challenges and use cases, particularly focusing on requests raised by them.

• Convert individual customer issues into solutions that can be implemented for the wider customer community, not limited to just the requesting account.

• Recognize and address compliance requirements across both web and mobile platforms.

• Adapt web features into mobile functionalities, ensuring consistency and design suitability for each platform.

• Establish and prioritize projects and tasks based on data and input from stakeholders.

• Proactively communicate progress and obstacles to stakeholders and leadership.

• Lead and manage product briefs, collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, Solutions Consulting (SC), and Support.

• Conduct gap analyses across various areas of the platform to determine shortcomings in meeting customer or compliance needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent experience in translating customer needs into deployed features.

• A genuine interest in understanding customers and their product usage.

• Capability to clearly express problems, suggested solutions, and recommendations, including the associated trade-offs.

• Excellent communication skills, confident and articulate when interacting with customers, internal stakeholders, and engineers.

• Proven experience working within a triad model (Product, Engineering, UX) and in direct contact with customers.

• Strong instincts for user experience, understanding what makes a feature not only functional but also user-friendly.

• Comfort with working across both web and mobile product environments.

• Familiarity with AI tools applied to product workflows.

• Data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience in defining and measuring success metrics for implemented features.

• Ability to identify common themes across diverse customer feedback.
