Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of AAC users, communication partners, professionals, and industry trends.

• Perform market and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and support product strategy.

• Prioritize and maintain the needs of stakeholders and customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define products and features that align with customer requirements and business objectives.

• Track project progress, timelines, and performance metrics while proactively addressing risks and challenges.

• Collect and convey stakeholder feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Partner with engineering, clinical, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of products.

• Assist in meeting product compliance requirements and address related stakeholder needs.

• Inform stakeholders about product updates, new features, and any known issues.

• Oversee external vendors and subcontractors as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Speech-Language Pathology, Engineering, or a related field is required; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be accepted.

• At least 2 years of experience in coordinating and/or collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

• Ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, with a willingness to investigate issues and propose solutions.
