Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product life cycle from concept development through to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Establish and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer preferences.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, implementation, operations, and marketing teams.

• Create scalable, user-focused solutions for workforce screening services.

• Leverage user research, feedback, and data analytics to guide product decisions.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

• Guarantee the timely delivery of product features.

• Monitor KPIs and user feedback to pinpoint enhancements and drive product improvements.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to shape product strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field is required.

• A master’s degree is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the B2B SaaS or HR technology sectors.

• A proven history of leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver products.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with employment screening or HR-related industries is preferred.

• Experience in startup or high-growth environments is advantageous.

• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in product development is preferred.

• Must have a dedicated and ergonomic workspace at home that fosters focused work.

• Access to a stable and reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.

• Adequate lighting and minimal background noise to facilitate professional video calls and meetings.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally.
