Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers and potential clients to comprehend their needs, identify unmet demands, and discover opportunities for new products and business ventures.

• Transform ambiguous opportunities into product ideas, swiftly prototype solutions, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to launch them into the market.

• Present innovative concepts, attract design partners, conduct pilot programs, validate market demand, and drive initial adoption and revenue generation.

• Formulate hypotheses, test assumptions, collect feedback, and iterate to achieve product-market alignment.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Establish success metrics, evaluate adoption and commercial performance, and decide where to invest, refine, or pivot strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and steer projects from the exploration phase through to launch and subsequent growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in product management, entrepreneurship, consulting, engineering, business operations, or a comparable field.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to build from the ground up.

• Strong commercial acumen and excellent customer-facing skills.

• Outstanding product judgment.

• A proactive approach and comfort in dealing with incomplete information.

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

• Effective communication and collaborative abilities.

• Experience in launching new products, achieving product-market fit, or establishing new businesses within an early-stage startup environment (bonus).

• Background in B2B software, developer platforms, APIs, AI products, or two-sided marketplaces (bonus).

• Experience in customer development, enterprise sales, or partnerships (bonus).

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical environment paired with a builder's mindset (bonus).

• Experience in developing products, prototypes, or side projects using AI-assisted development tools (bonus).
