Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of execution quality for the aggregation product, establishing standards and overseeing monitoring, metrics, and features.

• Spearhead the onboarding process for new liquidity sources and ecosystems, from identifying opportunities to launching them.

• Collaborate with the Expansion tech lead to convert business and technical requirements into engineering tickets and specifications.

• Oversee API behavior and tool performance, proactively identifying issues before they impact partners and users.

• Develop and sustain relationships with decentralized exchanges and various liquidity partners.

• Work together with BD, QA, and Data teams on priorities, challenges, and product enhancements.

• Report directly to the Product Lead as part of a small, dedicated product team.

• Engage in a thorough interview process that includes a people operations interview, take-home assignment, team meet-and-greet, founder interview, and reference check.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Manager in a technical product setting is preferred.

• Proven experience in blockchain technology is essential.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach are required.

• Capability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate insights into product strategies.

• Exceptional communication abilities with external partners, such as decentralized exchanges.

• Proficient in translating technical challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

• High attention to detail is a must.

• Familiarity with AI tools, actively utilizing them in workflow and understanding their relevance to product work.

• A collaborative mindset, outstanding organizational skills, and a process-oriented approach are necessary.

• Professional experience in the web3/crypto sector is required.

• Candidates must be located in Europe; applications from outside of Europe will not be accepted.
