Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee product strategy and execution, encompassing vision, roadmap, success metrics, launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement.

• Collaborate directly with customers to grasp business operations and pinpoint valuable challenges to address.

• Convert intricate problems into product requirements and prototype effective solutions.

• Assess technical trade-offs and partner closely with engineers to deliver high-quality products.

• Define AI-native interactions, multi-agent coordination, and visibility and control for automated workflows.

• Leverage product analytics, experiments, customer insights, and agent performance data to enhance outcomes.

• Create AI-driven experiences across communication, scheduling, insurance, billing, and operational workflows.

• Design tools for configuring, monitoring, assessing, and enhancing AI agents.

• Develop intelligent workflows that transform conversations and operational data into actionable recommendations and automated activities.

• Integrate agents with external systems, APIs, and real-time business data.

• Advance product capabilities from initial prototype to production.

• Contribute to the shaping of discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and product development methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of pertinent experience in product management, engineering, or the founding and development of technology products.

• Proven history of delivering impactful products, including transforming ideas from concept to execution.

• Strong technical expertise, encompassing APIs, data models, system architecture, and AI functionalities.

• Exceptional product judgment and the ability to make informed trade-offs.

• Practical approach to prototyping and experimenting with new tools.

• Robust analytical skills and experience utilizing data to guide product decisions and evaluate outcomes.

• Outstanding communication abilities and capacity to collaborate with technical teams, customers, and company leadership.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.

• Experience in developing AI-native products, LLM-powered agents, conversational AI, or workflow automation is preferred.

• Familiarity with agent evaluation, prompt engineering, model performance, or human-in-the-loop systems is preferred.

• Background in building enterprise SaaS platforms, developer tools, or products with intricate integrations is preferred.

• Previous experience as a founder or in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.

• Experience in healthcare technology or complex operational workflows is preferred.
