Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the development of payment solutions as DEUNA expands into both new and existing markets.

• Assist in executing the product strategy for payment solutions that align with business objectives.

• Create and maintain the product roadmap.

• Play a role in feature prioritization based on business impact and technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with teams in Engineering, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Implementation Management.

• Aid in product development and launches.

• Define and monitor key product metrics.

• Utilize data to guide decisions and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing payment solutions.

• Help communicate the product's value and capabilities to a variety of stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management or related fields.

• Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including authorization, capture, refunds, network tokens, and 3D-Secure.

• Capability to define, track, and analyze key payment metrics using data.

• Proficiency in translating business requirements into detailed specifications for Engineering.

• Experience with product management and roadmap tools like Jira and Notion.

• Background in writing PRDs/technical specifications.

• Comfort in working with data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing ambiguity and changing priorities.
