Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead payment solutions as DEUNA expands into new and existing markets.

• Assist in the execution of product strategies that align with business objectives.

• Develop and uphold the product roadmap.

• Participate in prioritizing features based on their business impact and technical viability.

• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Implementation Management teams.

• Aid in product development and launch initiatives.

• Establish and monitor key product performance metrics.

• Leverage data to guide decision-making and uncover opportunities for enhancing payment solutions.

• Convey product value and capabilities to a wide range of stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in product management or related fields.

• Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including authorization, capture, refunds, network tokens, and 3D-Secure.

• Proficient in defining, tracking, and interpreting key payment metrics through data analysis.

• Capable of translating business needs into detailed specifications for Engineering teams.

• Experience with product management and roadmap tools like Jira and Notion.

• Proven experience in writing PRDs and technical specifications.

• Background in utilizing data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
