This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product experience by transforming Pindrop’s AI capabilities into effective, repeatable workflows across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal.
• Analyze stakeholder processes and current workflows from start to finish to pinpoint high-value AI opportunities.
• Develop and oversee internal AI tools, agentic workflows, and prompt-based copilots, advancing projects from prototype to production.
• Assess AI capabilities in acquired tools like Greenhouse and ERP systems before devising new solutions.
• Expand Pindrop’s shared AI platform and agent infrastructure for new applications.
• Create and execute the process for transitioning AI concepts from prototype to production, including evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, rollout criteria, and post-launch monitoring.
• Aggregate cross-functional insights and develop reusable tools and documentation.
• Establish success metrics, monitor usage, track adoption, and communicate return on investment (ROI).
• Promote adoption through workshops, onboarding paths, office hours, and coaching.
• Proficiency in process mapping.
• Over 3 years of experience in product management, product operations, AI enablement, or a related role at a tech company, with PM-level responsibility for scope, requirements, delivery, and metrics.
• Practical experience with cutting-edge AI command-line interfaces (CLIs) and coding tools, such as Codex, Claude Code, Anti-Gravity, and/or SuperGrok.
• Proven ability to develop deployed agentic systems that address specific, measurable challenges.
• A GitHub profile or equivalent showcasing 3–4 completed projects, or the capacity to detail built work comprehensively.
• Expertise in context engineering and ontology design.
• Conceptual understanding of test-driven and evaluation-driven development for AI systems.
• Capability to define success metrics, monitor adoption, and justify the ROI for AI investments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 6 times a year for team on-sites, cross-functional workshops, and company events.
