Product Manager – Advanced Detection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold the strategy and product roadmap for CrowdStrike’s threat detection Engines and Detection Content.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish and sustain highly technical and broadly scoped infrastructure components.

• Work alongside the Malware Research Center, Data Science, and Engineering teams to analyze threat and attack trends and proactively implement advanced defenses.

• Partner with Marketing to articulate go-to-market strategies, thought leadership, messaging, product positioning, benefits, and target personas.

• Engage with Sales and Support to advocate for recent releases and steer future product direction.

• Perform competitive analyses and keep updated on competitive activities.

• Contribute within a team of high-achieving product professionals in a cooperative environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of product management experience in Detection Content, SIEM, XDR, Cloud Security, Identity, or closely related security fields.

• Experience in constructing large-scale distributed systems.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively translating and articulating positioning and technology.

• Strong enthusiasm for new threat detection technologies, systems, and tools.

• Proven ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing.

• Strong quantitative and business analysis abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks.

• Demonstrated success in working with both local and remote teams.

• Established experience in leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.

• Familiarity with cloud security products and the threat landscape is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% to customer and CrowdStrike locations globally.

• BA or BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
