Product Manager, ACO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead projects for accountable care organizations.

• Facilitate the implementation of technologies and workflows for providers, practices, and facilities.

• Oversee technology vendors through product roadmaps that support Sound ACO and Telemedicine Post-Acute services.

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the product team.

• Cultivate and sustain expertise in SLTCM ACO and Telemedicine platforms and workflows.

• Provide support to clinical and operational leaders by managing escalations and inquiries.

• Collect and convert user needs into platform requirements.

• Assist in the rollout and governance of new technologies.

• Supervise application environments and third-party integrations.

• Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve application-related issues.

• Manage application configuration, administration, development, deployment, and production support.

• Educate the Sound ACO team, providers, practices, and facilities on ACO and Telemedicine platforms.

• Define and enhance workflows and processes in collaboration with clinical and operational leadership.

• Develop and maintain training resources and educational materials.

• Contribute to marketing materials and implementation toolkits.

• Plan projects by defining scope, establishing schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables.

• Lead and coordinate project teams effectively.

• Manage risks, address issues, and implement mitigation or contingency plans as needed.

• Communicate with clients, executives, stakeholders, and team members regularly.

• Maintain project documentation and prepare final reports.

• Fundamental understanding of accountable care organizations and value-based care.

• Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and organizational skills.

• Experience in project planning and scheduling.

• Knowledge of risk management practices.

• Proficient in project management software and tools like Microsoft Project and Asana.

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project and product management, ideally within healthcare technology, population health, or analytics.

• Familiarity with technical integrations.

• Experience with ACOs and vendor management is preferred.

• Ability to communicate clearly, consistently, and effectively in verbal, written, and listening contexts.
