This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage the entire lifecycle of offers, from initial definition to launch, adoption, performance assessment, continuous improvement, and eventual retirement.
β’ Collaborate with the GM of Products to shape the roadmap and strategic direction.
β’ Identify gaps in the portfolio and explore growth opportunities by analyzing client demand signals, win/loss insights, sales feedback, and delivery experiences.
β’ Create business cases for new offerings or significant modifications, balancing client value, revenue potential, margin implications, and feasibility of delivery.
β’ Lead go-to-market strategies for the Rimini Protect, Rimini Connect, and Rimini Watch offer portfolio.
β’ Drive sales, cross-selling, and service adoption among global Large and Enterprise B2B customers.
β’ Integrate customer requirements, market insights, sales feedback, and competitive factors into the offer strategy.
β’ Collaborate with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to ensure that offers are straightforward to understand, position, and sell.
β’ Define and monitor offer performance metrics, including bookings, revenue, attach rate, deal cycle duration, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
β’ Act as the primary point of accountability for offer-related decisions across various products, regions, and stakeholders.
β’ Lead complex initiatives through influence without direct authority, fostering alignment through governance mechanisms and decision-making forums.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in enterprise security, vulnerability management, application and database security, security hardening, and zero-day mitigation within Oracle and SAP on-premise environments.
β’ Familiarity with integration, observability, and monitoring for applications and databases is an asset.
β’ Proficient in enterprise security tools and processes, including run-time security, MFA, WAF, IPS, DLP, GRC capabilities, and vulnerability mitigation strategies beyond patch management.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Services Management for global B2B organizations catering to Large and Enterprise clients.
β’ Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct people-management responsibilities.
β’ Strong analytical skills and operational rigor, including the ability to define performance metrics and drive measurable improvements.
β’ Capability to work independently, handle ambiguity, adapt to change, and create structure when necessary.
