Product Leader, Prefill

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product vision, roadmap, and implementation for internal technical initiatives, emphasizing data-centric systems and foundational datasets.

• Spearhead cross-functional collaborations to enhance the quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems, datasets, shared services, and platforms.

• Propel long-term projects to future-proof internal data and technology assets in alignment with evolving product, analytics, and operational requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product stakeholders to grasp use cases, clarify requirements, and pinpoint interdependencies.

• Oversee prioritization among competing internal demands, balancing immediate impacts with long-term strategic value.

• Convert complex internal needs into clear, actionable specifications while ensuring team alignment.

• Utilize structured project management techniques for initiatives that involve multiple teams, ambiguous challenges, and complex technical dependencies.

• Establish and monitor success metrics for internal systems and datasets, focusing on quality, completeness, latency, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Convey the roadmap, progress, risks, and trade-offs to internal stakeholders at all levels.

• Develop SentiLink’s identity resolution suite, which encompasses prefill, identity completion, and pinning, along with the essential data merging and keying/linking technologies and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with data-driven or platform-centric products, particularly in data platforms.

• Practical experience with large datasets, preferably in distributed or big-data settings (e.g., Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).

• Strong comprehension of big data principles, data pipelines, data cleaning/normalization, and data modeling.

• Proven ability to effectively partner with engineering, data science, and analytics teams on complex technical issues.

• Experience managing large internal initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and significant cross-functional dependencies.

• Demonstrated capability to structure ambiguous requirements, prioritize efficiently, and ensure reliable execution on complex technical projects.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to varied audiences and facilitate team alignment.

• A forward-thinking, durability-oriented mindset—ensuring that internal systems and datasets are designed for scalability, maintainability, and long-term adaptability.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Reside in or plan to relocate to the United States by the time of employment.
